According to one official, the organizer of the exhibition originally had the right to hold the event until September 4 and a sign indicating the extension of the period until September 11 was posted on the site.
“What we know so far is that they have the right to put the film on. However, no one will be spared if mistakes are made on their part,” DSP Harsiman Singh Bal told ANI.
Bal promised to take strict action as per the law and said that all the injured have been taken to the local hospital. Residents of the area who were there at the time of the incident said there were no security measures in place at the show. Their security guard arrived after 20 minutes. The woman who was their leader said that no one died.

He added that there was no major employee who reached there. Others present at the demonstration told ANI that “the administration is putting pressure on the public.” Police investigations into the matter are ongoing.
