The final season deals with the events of Millennium Throne, the final episode of Daihito Kubo’s legendary manga series. Studio Pierrot released the first trailer for TYBW last December, and it looked great.

Well, after nearly a year of waiting, we are finally nearing Ichigo Kurosaki’s return to the screen. Studio Pierrot has confirmed that Bleach TYBW will have a four-part series. However, the anime series will go on hiatus at the end of each season.

The first season will consist of about 13 episodes, with the first coming out a few hours later. After 1,000 years, when will the fibilin’s white war begin? Bleach Thousand-Year Blood War Arc premieres with the release of episode 1 “Blood War” on Monday, October 10, 2022 at 8:30 AM local time. Fans in the US can stream the latest episodes of Bleach exclusively on Hulu, while fans in other parts of the world can watch TYBW’s story on Disney Plus.

Both streaming platforms will simultaneously stream new episodes soon after their release in Japan, but release times vary by region. So here is the exact release schedule that Bleach TYBW will follow in different regions:

Previously, all episodes of Bleach were streamed on Crunchyroll and Netflix (in select regions). However, after Disney Plus acquired the rights to A Thousand Years of Blood War, all previous episodes of Bleach were also ported to Disney Plus and Hulu:

Studio Pierrot has confirmed via its official website that Bleach TYBW will have a total of 52 episodes. The entire season is divided into four cycles. Each cycle usually consists of about 12-13 episodes, so it lasts for 3 months.

The anime will follow a weekly release schedule for about three months and then take a break after finishing the first cycle. Studio Pierrot will follow this pattern after the conclusion of each game, so the entire season could end in late 2023 or early 2024.
