“The completion of this long-awaited project is a testament to Prime Minister Sheikh Hersina’s bold decision and unmistakable leadership of foresight. I definitely believe in the Prime Minister for giving us unwavering support in making decisions. According to the press release, the Padma Bridge will not only improve connectivity between Bangladesh, but will also provide the necessary logistics and commercial mobility to connect the shared areas between Bangladesh and India. This bridge will play an important role in improving our bilateral and sub-regional connectivity.
Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will inaugurate the Padma Bridge on Saturday morning (June 25). He will attend a rally at the end of Mawa Bridge for the first time at 10:00. Then go to the bridge with the toll booth and reveal the plate that opens there. The Prime Minister then crosses the bridge and announces another plaque on the island. Sheikh Hosseine will attend a public rally this afternoon in Madripoor’s Shivcha. Traffic on the bridge will resume on Sunday (June 6th) at 8am and tolls are expected.

The instructions to go to the opening ceremony of the Padma Bridge
The guests were referred to the inauguration of the Padma Bridge. The Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) has issued a directive. In addition, the DMP has specifically asked commuters from the metropolis of Dhaka to reach the program within the set time.

Padma Bridge’s inauguration budget
The government has assigned a Tk5 claw. However, the project director was instructed to release funds from the Padma Multipurpose Bridge Construction Project to DCs in these districts. The allocated districts are Tk 1.5 million for Dhaka district, Tk 1.39 for Munshiganj district, Tk 1.39 for Madaripur district and Tk 50,000 for Shariatpur district. Also, allotted from 60 districts for the celebration. That’s not what the bridge department is talking about.
